Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 week or more of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery for t-shirts typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.  Delivery for Jackets typically takes 10–20 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damages & Lost Packages Color High is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
